Review on self-assembly in Chemical Reviews online

Building on a long lasting cooperation and friendship a joint review on the self-assembly of colloidal particles finally appeared today in Chemical Reviews. Together with Prof. Nicolas Vogel from Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen and Prof. Ulrich Jonas from the University of Siegen, Prof. Retsch wrapped up the vast literature on colloidal crystal and structure formation in two and three dimensions. This review shall guide the interested reader towards the desired method to access intricate colloidal superstructures.
